I was raised on a small farm in Muskego, Wisconsin. At graduation from Dr. Martin Luther College in New Ulm, Minnesota, I was assigned to teach 3rd and 4th graders here at Emanuel.
Through my years I’ve taught grades 3, 4, and 5, or multi-grade rooms of those grades, served as organist, handbell choir director, and co-coordinator of the Accelerated Reader program. Outside of school I enjoy reading and traveling. Many of my travels take me to historic sites around the United States, which fits with my love of US history and geography. My journey continues as I lead God’s lambs to know the love of their Savior.
